These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Karaar Digital Address system and related services provided by Karaar Corporation ("Karaar", "we", "our" or "us").
They apply, where relevant, to the KDA website, mobile applications, KaraarConnect, address registration and verification services, physical KDA plaques, QR codes, Karaar Routing Codes and other KDA-enabled services.
By creating an account, requesting or claiming an address, purchasing or using a KDA plaque, accessing KaraarConnect, using applicable KDA digital services, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use services that require acceptance of them.
KDA TERMS AT A GLANCE

• A KDA Address does not establish ownership of land or property.

• Individual KDA Addresses may generally be communicated and displayed for legitimate addressing and location purposes.
• Bulk copying, scraping, replication or unauthorized commercial extraction of KDA data is prohibited.
• KDA may correct, merge, suspend or retire inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent or obsolete records.
• KDA generally does not reassign a retired verified address identifier to an unrelated physical location.
• API, developer, enterprise and high-volume commercial use may be governed by additional terms.
1. ABOUT KARAAR DIGITAL ADDRESS
Karaar Digital Address ("KDA") is a digital addressing and location-identification system designed to identify physical locations, properties, entrances, businesses, institutions, Points of Interest and other addressable places.
A KDA record may contain information including:
• KDA Address;
• geographic coordinates;
• Region;
• District;
• Sub-district/Waax;
• entrance information;
• building or unit information;
• Karaar Routing Code;
• property or location classification;
• verification status;
• QR code;
• business or institution information;
• photographs where permitted;
• directions or location guidance; and
• other information reasonably necessary to identify, verify, locate or use the addressed place.
KDA may be accessed through websites, mobile applications, KaraarConnect, APIs and authorized partner systems.
2. CORE KDA PRINCIPLE
A KDA Address identifies a physical location or entrance.
Unless Karaar expressly establishes a different rule for a specific product, a verified KDA Address remains associated with the physical location to which it was assigned.
The people, tenants, residents, businesses or organizations occupying that location may change without automatically changing the KDA Address.
KDA therefore identifies the place, not the individual person occupying it.
3. KDA ADDRESS AND KARAAR ROUTING CODE
A KDA Address is the unique address identifier assigned by Karaar to an addressable physical location or entrance.
A Karaar Routing Code is a separate numeric routing field used within the KDA system to assist with routing, sorting, interoperability and service delivery.
The Karaar Routing Code is not the same as the complete KDA Address.
Geographic coordinates, Region, District, Sub-district/Waax, unit information and other metadata are maintained as separate data fields even where they are displayed together with the KDA Address.
4. KDA GEOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE
Where applicable, KDA uses the following public geographic hierarchy:
Region → District → Sub-district/Waax
Karaar may maintain additional geographic or operational information internally where required for routing, mapping, verification or service delivery.
KDA remains responsible for determining the geographic information used within its addressing system, subject to applicable law and authoritative geographic information available to Karaar.
5. KDA DOES NOT ESTABLISH PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Assignment or verification of a KDA Address does not by itself:
• establish ownership of land or buildings;
• create title to property;
• establish tenancy rights;
• determine lawful possession;
• establish property boundaries;
• create cadastral rights;
• constitute planning approval;
• constitute building approval;
• establish tax liability;
• establish a business licence;
• establish regulatory approval;
• establish legal ownership of a business;
• create inheritance rights; or
• replace official documentation issued by a competent authority.
A KDA Address identifies and helps locate a place.
Legal ownership, possession and other property rights must be determined through the relevant legal or governmental processes.
6. INDEPENDENT DIGITAL ADDRESSING SERVICE
Karaar Corporation operates KDA as a digital addressing, verification and location service.
A KDA Address, Karaar Routing Code, verification status, QR code or KDA plaque must not be represented as:
• a land title;
• government licence;
• building permit;
• regulatory licence;
• proof of ownership;
• tax certificate; or
• governmental certification,
unless a competent authority has expressly authorized that particular representation.
Karaar may cooperate with governments, municipalities, regulators, emergency services, businesses, financial institutions, utilities, logistics providers and other organizations.
Such cooperation does not automatically mean that every KDA service, address or verification is issued or guaranteed by those organizations.
7. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS
Where an account is required, users must be legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement.
Users must provide information that is accurate, current and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Users are responsible for:
• protecting account credentials;
• activity performed through their accounts;
• maintaining reasonably current contact information; and
• notifying Karaar of suspected unauthorized account access.
Users must not impersonate another person, business, institution, public body or organization.
A person claiming to act for a Business or Institution must have appropriate authority to do so.
8. CREATION AND VERIFICATION OF KDA ADDRESSES
Karaar may establish KDA records through:
• physical field verification;
• digital registration;
• GPS capture;
• authorized field teams;
• authorized partners;
• approved geographic datasets;
• imagery;
• mapping systems;
• existing verified KDA information; or
• another method approved by Karaar.
Verification may include assessment or collection of:
• GPS coordinates;
• entrance position;
• property type;
• building type;
• Region;
• District;
• Sub-district/Waax;
• photographs;
• business information;
• unit information;
• device-generated location information; and
• other evidence reasonably required to establish the location.
Karaar determines the verification procedures and quality standards applicable to KDA.
9. FALSE OR MANIPULATED LOCATION INFORMATION
Users must not knowingly:
• provide a false location;
• manipulate GPS information;
• submit misleading photographs;
• falsify an entrance location;
• deliberately select an incorrect property;
• manipulate geographic information;
• create duplicate registrations to obtain additional identifiers; or
• submit forged verification evidence.
Karaar may investigate suspected manipulation or fraud and may correct, suspend or retire affected records.
10. ADDRESSES REMAIN WITH PHYSICAL LOCATIONS
A verified KDA Address normally remains associated with the physical location or entrance to which it was assigned.
It is not a personal alias that automatically moves with an individual.
If a resident, tenant, business or organization moves to another property, the KDA Address assigned to the former location normally remains with that former location.
The new location must use the KDA Address assigned to that new location.
A change in:
• resident;
• tenant;
• homeowner;
• business operator;
• business ownership; or
• organization occupying a property
does not automatically require the physical KDA Address to change.
11. ADDRESS PERMANENCE AND NON-REASSIGNMENT
Karaar seeks to preserve continuity and historical integrity within the addressing system.
A KDA Address may be corrected, merged, suspended or retired when necessary, but Karaar will generally avoid reassigning a retired verified KDA address identifier to an unrelated physical location.
This principle is intended to reduce confusion where an address may previously have appeared on:
• plaques;
• invoices;
• contracts;
• delivery records;
• business records;
• government records;
• maps;
• correspondence;
• databases;
• QR codes; or
• historical records.
A retired identifier may remain preserved within KDA's historical records even when it is no longer active.
12. BUILDINGS, MULTIPLE ENTRANCES AND UNITS
A building may have:
• one primary KDA entrance address;
• multiple verified entrance addresses where appropriate; and/or
• internal unit identifiers.
Karaar may maintain apartment, office, shop, suite, floor or unit information separately from the primary entrance address.
Units may share the same verified building or entrance address while retaining separate unit identifiers where required.
Users must not create duplicate KDA Addresses for the same entrance simply to obtain an additional identifier.
Karaar may merge or retire duplicate records.
13. PHYSICAL KDA PLAQUES
A KDA plaque is a physical representation of an address assigned within the KDA system.
A plaque may display:
• KDA Address;
• QR code;
• Karaar branding;
• other approved address-identification elements; and
• information authorized by Karaar.
A KDA plaque must not knowingly be:
• transferred to an unrelated property;
• moved to an unauthorized entrance;
• altered to display a false address;
• duplicated for fraudulent purposes;
• used to impersonate another location;
• altered to produce a misleading QR code;
• represented as belonging to an unrelated property; or
• reproduced as an official KDA verification plaque without authorization.
14. PLAQUE INSTALLATION
Where consent is legally required to install a plaque, the person requesting installation is responsible for ensuring appropriate permission exists.
A plaque should be installed in a location reasonably suitable for identifying the applicable property or entrance.
If a plaque is damaged, destroyed, stolen, removed or becomes unreadable, Karaar may offer replacement services.
Applicable replacement, production, delivery or installation charges may apply.
Loss or damage to the physical plaque does not automatically cancel the underlying digital KDA Address.
15. RESIDENTIAL PRIVACY
Residential KDA records are private by default within Karaar's public digital services.
Residential privacy protects public digital discoverability and associated personal information.
It does not mean that the physical KDA Address displayed on an authorized plaque at the property must be concealed.
An authorized residential KDA plaque may be placed at the property's entrance or another approved location and may therefore be visible to people physically present at or near the property.
16. INFORMATION NOT PUBLICLY DISPLAYED FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
Unless authorized by the resident, permitted by the Privacy Policy or required by applicable law, Karaar will not publicly display through KaraarConnect or a public KDA directory information such as:
• resident name;
• personal telephone number;
• personal account information;
• household information;
• personal profile information;
• precise GPS coordinates;
• personal identification information; or
• other non-public personal information associated with a residential record.
The visible KDA plaque itself may display the KDA Address, QR code and approved address-identification information.
17. RESIDENT-CONTROLLED SHARING
Residents may voluntarily share their KDA Address, QR code, location link or other authorized KDA sharing mechanism with persons or organizations such as:
• family and visitors;
• delivery providers;
• merchants;
• transportation services;
• Mideeye or other mobility providers;
• utilities;
• financial institutions;
• emergency responders;
• healthcare providers; and
• other service providers.
When a resident intentionally shares KDA information, the recipient may use information made available through that sharing mechanism for the purpose for which it was shared, subject to applicable law.
Users should consider carefully who receives access to residential location information.
18. BUSINESSES, INSTITUTIONS AND POINTS OF INTEREST
Verified Businesses, Institutions and approved Points of Interest may be publicly discoverable through KaraarConnect and other KDA-enabled public services.
Public information may include:
• business or institution name;
• KDA Address;
• general map location;
• Region;
• District;
• Sub-district/Waax;
• category;
• subcategory;
• opening hours;
• publicly supplied contact information;
• website;
• social links;
• photographs;
• description;
• verification indicators; and
• other appropriate public business information.
Karaar may modify the fields displayed as its services develop.
19. UNCLAIMED BUSINESS LISTINGS
Karaar may create a public listing for a verified Business or Institution even before the owner or authorized manager has claimed control of the profile.
KDA Address Verified — Unclaimed
An unclaimed listing means the location has been verified but profile-management authority has not yet been assigned to a verified business representative.
20. ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND BUSINESS OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION
KDA distinguishes between location verification and business-control verification.
KDA Address Verified
"KDA Address Verified" means that Karaar has verified the physical address or location according to KDA procedures.
It does not by itself confirm who owns or manages the business occupying the property.
Business Ownership Verified
"Business Ownership Verified", where displayed, means Karaar has completed a separate process intended to verify that a person controlling the KaraarConnect profile is authorized to represent that Business or Institution.
These verification statuses are separate.
21. WHAT KDA VERIFICATION DOES NOT MEAN
Unless Karaar expressly states otherwise, verification does not mean Karaar:
• endorses a business;
• guarantees product quality;
• guarantees service quality;
• guarantees financial condition;
• guarantees regulatory compliance;
• confirms every licence remains valid;
• guarantees professional competence;
• recommends the business;
• guarantees opening hours;
• guarantees the accuracy of every user-supplied profile field; or
• assumes responsibility for the business's activities.
Any separate regulatory verification feature will have the meaning specifically described with that feature.
22. CLAIMING A BUSINESS OR INSTITUTION PROFILE
A person seeking to claim a Business or Institution profile must have authority to act for that organization.
Karaar may request supporting evidence.
Submitting false information or documentation may result in:
• rejection;
• removal of profile control;
• suspension;
• investigation;
• preservation of evidence associated with suspected fraud; and
• other action permitted by law.
A transfer of business ownership does not normally change the KDA Address of the property.
The new business operator may be required to complete a new ownership-verification process.
23. BUSINESS RELOCATION
When a business relocates, its profile should be updated to reflect the KDA Address assigned to the new physical location.
The KDA Address belonging to the former property normally remains with that property.
Karaar may preserve appropriate historical records showing that the business previously operated from another location.
24. BUSINESS CLOSURES
A Business or Institution that closes should update its profile where applicable.
Karaar may mark a listing as:
• closed;
• relocated;
• temporarily unavailable;
• inactive;
• duplicate;
• unclaimed; or
• another appropriate status.
Closing a business does not automatically retire the KDA Address assigned to the underlying physical location.
25. USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
Users may be permitted to submit materials such as:
• photographs;
• business descriptions;
• contact information;
• operating hours;
• location instructions;
• websites;
• social links; and
• other information.
Users retain rights they lawfully hold in content they submit.
By submitting content to KDA, the user grants Karaar a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, process and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the KDA Services.
26. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users must not submit content that:
• they have no right to use;
• is knowingly false;
• is materially deceptive;
• unlawfully discloses personal information;
• infringes intellectual-property rights;
• contains malware;
• facilitates fraud;
• impersonates another person or organization;
• is unlawful; or
• is intended to damage or interfere with KDA.
Karaar may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary.
27. KARAAR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Karaar retains all rights that it lawfully holds in KDA and related intellectual property, including rights relating to:
• software;
• address-generation methodology;
• address architecture;
• address format specifications;
• Karaar Routing Code methodology;
• geographic coding structures;
• verification procedures;
• database structure and organization;
• data models;
• routing logic;
• APIs;
• documentation;
• QR implementations;
• designs;
• Karaar trademarks;
• KDA trademarks;
• verification marks;
• brand assets; and
• original Karaar content.
Use of KDA does not transfer ownership of Karaar intellectual property to users.
28. FREEDOM TO COMMUNICATE INDIVIDUAL KDA ADDRESSES
Karaar intends KDA Addresses to be useful in everyday life and commerce.
Subject to these Terms, users may ordinarily:
• tell another person their KDA Address;
• print it on correspondence;
• place it on invoices;
• display it on business cards;
• display it on a website;
• enter it into a delivery order;
• provide it during checkout;
• provide it to visitors;
• provide it to transportation providers;
• include it in directions;
• use it for logistics;
• use it for service delivery; and
• display an authorized KDA plaque.
No separate commercial licence is normally required merely to communicate or display an individual KDA Address for legitimate address-identification purposes.
29. KARAAR BRAND ASSETS AND VERIFICATION MARKS
Permission to use an individual KDA Address does not automatically grant permission to use:
• Karaar logos;
• KDA logos;
• certification marks;
• verification badges;
• official plaque designs;
• protected graphic elements; or
• other Karaar brand assets.
Use of such materials may be subject to Karaar brand guidelines or separate authorization.
30. PROHIBITED BULK COPYING AND SCRAPING
Unless Karaar provides written authorization, users must not:
• scrape KDA or KaraarConnect at scale;
• systematically extract KDA Addresses;
• systematically extract KDA coordinates;
• harvest KDA records using bots;
• use automated means to reproduce substantial portions of KDA data;
• create a competing database substantially derived from KDA;
• circumvent API limits;
• circumvent authentication;
• bypass security controls;
• reverse engineer protected KDA software;
• reverse engineer protected routing logic;
• generate counterfeit KDA identifiers;
• manufacture counterfeit verification plaques;
• falsely reproduce KDA verification marks;
• resell bulk KDA data without authorization; or
• create a service whose primary purpose is to replicate KDA's protected address database or verification system.
This restriction does not prevent ordinary legitimate use of individual KDA Addresses for navigation, delivery, commerce, communication or service provision.
31. API, DEVELOPER AND ENTERPRISE USE
Automated, high-volume, commercial or system-to-system access may require separate authorization.
Such use may be governed by:
• KDA API Terms;
• Developer Terms;
• enterprise agreements;
• commercial licences;
• partner agreements;
• Data Processing Agreements;
• data-sharing agreements; or
• Service Level Agreements.
Receiving API access does not transfer ownership of KDA data to the API user.
API credentials must be protected and used only as authorized.
Karaar may establish reasonable access, rate, storage, security and usage limits.
32. ACCURACY OF LOCATION INFORMATION
Karaar uses verification and quality-control procedures intended to improve address accuracy.
However, no location technology can guarantee identical accuracy under all conditions.
Accuracy may be affected by:
• GPS hardware;
• device quality;
• satellite visibility;
• buildings;
• signal reflection;
• environmental conditions;
• network availability;
• device configuration;
• map data;
• human error;
• new construction;
• altered entrances;
• demolition;
• road changes;
• changes in geographic information; and
• other technical or environmental factors.
Karaar may re-measure or correct location information where necessary.
33. REPORTING ADDRESS ERRORS
Users are encouraged to report suspected:
• incorrect address assignments;
• incorrect coordinates;
• duplicate addresses;
• incorrect Region information;
• incorrect District information;
• incorrect Sub-district/Waax information;
• incorrect entrances;
• fraudulent registrations;
• counterfeit plaques; or
• incorrect business information.
Karaar may request evidence before changing a verified record.
34. CORRECTION, MERGER, SUSPENSION AND RETIREMENT
Karaar may correct, merge, suspend, replace or retire an address record where reasonably necessary because of:
• duplicate assignment;
• incorrect location;
• verification error;
• incorrect geographic classification;
• fraudulent registration;
• unauthorized creation;
• demolition;
• permanent restructuring;
• entrance reconfiguration;
• geographic changes;
• technical corruption;
• cybersecurity concerns;
• legal requirements;
• safety issues; or
• another material reason affecting system integrity.
Where reasonably practicable, Karaar will preserve sufficient historical information to maintain traceability.
35. MAPS AND NAVIGATION
KDA may integrate with third-party maps, navigation platforms or other location technologies.
Third-party maps may contain errors or may not immediately recognize every KDA Address.
Karaar does not guarantee that every:
• mapping provider;
• navigation service;
• merchant;
• delivery platform;
• transportation provider; or
• third-party system
will recognize or support KDA.
36. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
KDA may interact with third-party services such as:
• map providers;
• cloud providers;
• payment providers;
• telecommunications companies;
• logistics companies;
• transportation platforms;
• government systems; and
• software platforms.
Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
A technical integration does not automatically constitute Karaar's endorsement of the third party.
37. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TO PROPERTIES
A KDA Address identifies a location but does not guarantee:
• successful delivery;
• delivery speed;
• merchant acceptance;
• road access;
• unrestricted entry to private property;
• availability of transportation;
• uninterrupted telecommunications;
• service-provider performance; or
• successful navigation by every third party.
Delivery and service providers remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment.
38. EMERGENCIES AND SAFETY
A KDA Address may assist a person in communicating a location.
Users must not assume that every:
• ambulance provider;
• police service;
• fire service;
• emergency dispatcher; or
• public-safety organization
currently integrates directly with KDA.
During an emergency, users should follow the instructions of the relevant emergency authority and provide any additional information requested.
KDA should not be treated as the sole safety mechanism where an error or service interruption could cause death, serious injury or significant property damage.
False or malicious emergency use is prohibited.
39. FEES
Some KDA Services may be provided free of charge while others may require payment.
Paid services may include:
• physical address plaques;
• replacement plaques;
• delivery;
• installation;
• optional business services;
• premium services;
• API access;
• enterprise services; and
• other products introduced by Karaar.
Applicable fees will be disclosed through the relevant service, transaction or agreement.
40. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment systems.
The applicable transaction may be subject to the payment provider's terms.
Karaar may use payment references, customer identifiers, KDA Address information or other transaction identifiers to reconcile payments with services.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, may depend on the service purchased, production status, delivery status and applicable law.
41. ADDRESS VERIFICATION IS NOT CONDITIONED ON UNRELATED OPTIONAL SERVICES
A valid KDA verification status should not be interpreted as requiring purchase of an unrelated optional product or service unless Karaar expressly states that a specific service itself carries a charge.
Karaar may charge for services associated with verification, plaques, replacements, APIs or enterprise products where those charges are separately disclosed.
42. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Karaar may modify, maintain or update:
• websites;
• mobile applications;
• APIs;
• KaraarConnect;
• databases;
• interfaces;
• map services;
• verification systems; and
• other technical infrastructure.
Karaar will seek to preserve address continuity where reasonably practical.
Karaar does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of every feature.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
• maintenance;
• internet outages;
• telecommunications failures;
• cloud-service disruption;
• power interruption;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• technical failures; or
• circumstances outside Karaar's reasonable control.
43. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must use KDA lawfully.
Users must not use KDA to:
• commit fraud;
• impersonate another person;
• falsely claim a Business or Institution;
• stalk or harass another person;
• obtain private residential information without authorization;
• facilitate unlawful access to a property;
• create false addresses;
• create counterfeit plaques;
• falsify verification status;
• distribute malware;
• attack KDA systems;
• interfere with infrastructure;
• circumvent access controls;
• conduct unauthorized bulk extraction;
• make fraudulent emergency reports; or
• violate applicable law.
44. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Karaar may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of:
• material breach of these Terms;
• suspected fraud;
• cybersecurity threats;
• unauthorized access;
• misuse of residential information;
• false business claims;
• counterfeit KDA materials;
• unlawful activity; or
• material threats to users or KDA.
Where appropriate, Karaar may investigate before or after taking protective action.
45. ACCOUNT CLOSURE DOES NOT DELETE THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS
A physical KDA Address exists independently from a particular user's account.
Closing or suspending a user's account does not necessarily remove or invalidate the KDA Address associated with the physical property.
The location may continue to require an address even after:
• a resident moves;
• a tenant leaves;
• a business closes;
• an account is deleted; or
• profile-management rights change.
Personal information associated with the former account will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
46. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Karaar processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
It addresses matters including:
• information collected;
• precise location information;
• residential privacy;
• business information;
• data sharing;
• authorized service providers;
• security;
• retention;
• user rights; and
• privacy contact procedures.
Where these Terms address public visibility and the Privacy Policy addresses processing of personal data, both documents apply.
47. SECURITY
Karaar will use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service and information processed.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
48. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KDA Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
Karaar does not warrant that:
• every GPS measurement will have identical precision;
• every KDA record will always be error-free;
• every third party will recognize KDA;
• every route will remain accessible;
• all services will operate without interruption;
• every user-supplied business detail will remain current; or
• every third-party mapping service will be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
49. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Karaar will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from matters such as:
• third-party service failure;
• telecommunications outages;
• inaccurate third-party maps;
• unauthorized movement of a plaque;
• deliberately incorrect information supplied by a user;
• misuse of voluntarily shared residential information;
• misuse of KDA contrary to these Terms; or
• events outside Karaar's reasonable control.
Business, enterprise, API and institutional agreements may contain additional liability provisions.
50. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for losses, claims or costs resulting from their own:
• fraud;
• deliberate falsification;
• infringement of third-party rights;
• unlawful disclosure of private information;
• counterfeit KDA materials;
• unauthorized system access;
• unlawful use; or
• material violation of these Terms.
Additional indemnification requirements may apply under separate enterprise, API or partnership agreements.
51. REPORTING MISUSE AND ABUSE
Users may report:
• address errors;
• counterfeit plaques;
• fraudulent claims;
• incorrect business information;
• duplicate addresses;
• privacy concerns;
• security vulnerabilities;
• misuse of KDA verification marks;
• unauthorized scraping; or
• other misuse of KDA.
Karaar may investigate and request evidence before modifying a record.
52. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Karaar may update these Terms as:
• KDA develops;
• technology changes;
• services expand;
• security needs change; or
• legal requirements develop.
The current version will identify the date it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects user rights or obligations, Karaar will use reasonable measures to provide appropriate notice where practicable.
Continued use of affected services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
53. GOVERNING LAW
Unless another applicable written agreement expressly provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia, subject to any mandatory legal rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded.
54. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with Karaar through the appropriate support or legal contact channel.
Karaar and the user should make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Somalia unless:
• applicable law requires another procedure; or
• a separate written agreement governing the relevant relationship provides for arbitration or another dispute-resolution process.
API, enterprise, government and partnership agreements may establish separate dispute-resolution procedures.
55. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
56. NO WAIVER
Failure by Karaar to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
57. ASSIGNMENT
Users may not transfer contractual rights relating to a KDA account or commercial service where such transfer would materially affect the service without Karaar's consent.
Karaar may transfer or reorganize operation of the KDA Services to an affiliated or successor entity, subject to applicable legal and data-protection requirements.
58. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, govern ordinary use of the KDA Services.
Separate agreements may apply to:
• API users;
• developers;
• enterprise customers;
• government bodies;
• institutional partners;
• logistics integrations;
• mapping integrations;
• commercial data users;
• payment services;
• data-sharing arrangements; and
• other specialized services.
Where a separately signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control for the subject matter it governs.
59. ADDITIONAL KDA POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS
Karaar may maintain separate documents including:
• KDA Privacy Policy
• KDA API and Developer Terms
• Enterprise or Partner Agreements
• Data Processing Agreements
• Data-Sharing Agreements
• Plaque Purchase and Replacement Terms
• Refund Policy
• Brand Usage Guidelines
• KaraarConnect Business Terms
• Service Level Agreements
Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically grant rights governed by one of those separate agreements.
